Welcome home

CAN MENCIÓ is a family business of three generations that started in 1940 with Grandfather
Melcior and Grandmother Maria. It is currently a rural tourist accommodation with patisserie
and bar, El Rocanegra, where they will offer you the artisan cakes of Can Menció and some
delicious tapas to have breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Santa Pau is a quiet village in the region of La Garrotxa, in the heart of the Natural Park
from the Volcanic area of La Garrotxa, in the Girona Pyrenees.

In our housing you can disconnect and enjoy with your family and friends, and leverage the
excellent location of CAN MENCIÓ to visit Santa Pau, the volcanos Croscat and Santa
Margarita, la Fageda d’en Jordà, the Olot surroundings, the lake of Banyoles, Girona, Besalú
and the Costa Brava.
We welcome you to our home with the objective to make your holidays more comfortable in
this land full of volcanoes and good gastronomy.
